In Wilen near Sarnen, 3 apartment buildings were built with a fantastic view of Lake Sarnen and the surrounding Obwalden mountain scenery. The apartments impress with ecological, sustainable construction (Minergie-certified), contemporary architecture and an above-average amount of space with a high standard of finish. The perfect mix of high-quality, refined materials gives the apartments a touch of luxury. The apartments in the two hillside buildings, Chappelenmatt 22 and Chappelenmatt 24, were sold as freehold property. The apartments in the village-house building, Chappelenmatt 23, were rented out. By now, all apartments have been sold or rented.
